New Adult Education Series this Sunday, 9:30 am
What makes the Evangelical Covenant Church special? What does it share in common with all Christians? How can this knowledge deepen my own faith? Join us from 9:30am-10:20am on Sunday mornings for an innovative, thought provoking, conversational experience as we learn more about the historic and theological foundations of our church body. Through video, discussion, biblical study, reflection, and communal prayer, we will learn more about what shapes Covenant identity, how that identity can be expressed to others, and how to be encouraged in our faith walk. This series engages ‘head’, ‘heart’ and ‘hands,’ and was developed by North Park Seminary and the Evangelical Covenant’s Department of Christian Formation
Volunteer for The Pearl’s Senior Day Camp - July 20th-24th
The Pearl of Naperville is holding a senior day camp for its residents from Monday, July 20th to Friday, July 24th from 1pm-4:30pm each day. As part of NaperCov’s continued partnership with The Pearl, we are seeking at least two volunteers to help each day. Mostly, the residents love to chat and occasionally need a little help with some activities. There is no preparation needed. Would you be willing to help out with one of those days? Concert in the Park - Thurs, July 30th at 6:30pm
Join Community Life for a free concert in the park featuring 80’s cover band 16 Candles! The concert will take place at Block 59 (404 Route 59 in Naperville). Bring your own seating, food, and a friend to join you.
