Brendan has been married to Kimberly for 14 years. Together, they are raising (and some days just surviving) their 3 boys – Isaac, Gabriel, and Nathan. Brendan loves people and the sacred privilege of walking with others in their faith journey. He began his career working for a non-profit mental health center in Chicago doing marketing and community relations. But God used a local church to help him discern that God was calling him to serve as a pastor. Prior to arriving at NECC, Brendan served in leadership at two church plants – one in Los Angeles and one in Auburn Hills, Michigan. 

As a pastor, Brendan strives to create a culture where people feel seen, valued, and empowered to use their God-given gifts to impact others. Throughout their lives, God has opened doors for Brendan and Kimberly to work and worship with Christians of different faith traditions and cultural backgrounds. Brendan leads with a passion to help others experience the gift of being a part of the multi-ethnic kingdom of God. He also is always dreaming about creative ways to introduce Jesus to people who are not interested in church. Brendan is a wannabe hooper, loves to garden, and is serious about investing in his friendships. As a family, the Drys are often outdoors at the park, going for a bike ride, and reading stories together.
